Big day ! Retirement day and tax day. My friend Jennifer is helping me today to create my own blog which I have been wanting to do for ages. So bear with me - entries may be few and far between.
OK. Who is retiring...I know who is paying taxes:-) Thanks Jennifer. I hope that you pass along my love to Jackie. We are just finishing up the last of the projects on our new place and are planning to get out on the road on Thursday, May 6, if all goes well. We are having some work done in our Launai (oh heck, I don't know how to spell it, but it is just a screened room attached to the house) and hopefully it will be done by Wednesday. We are hoping to be home on Sunday or Monday. Jackie I wanted to tell you that my next door neighbour (in our new place) is a licensed natural therapist and she has the detoxing foot baths along with all the other therapies like Susan MacDonald. Her husband also has lung cancer and is presently undergoing treatment. I was telling her about our journey last summer. Do you remember all the coffee? And the 'Greens Juicing'? I brought my juicer down south with me but I haven't been using it this month with all the work we have been doing on our new place. I can't decide whether to bring it back home as it is so much harder to find all the right ingredients out at the shore whereas they are plentiful here. I will give you a call on Sunday.
